  • Previous project experience in large scale residential housing and apartment developments.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with BIM processes and software.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and certifications.
  • Experience across various project stages, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part II Architect to join our multi disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of a range of diverse and challenging projects, collaborating with contactors, consultants and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD & Revit.
  • Produce 2D and 3D drawings, models, presentation boards and documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop and coordinate technical solutions.
  • Prepare planning applications and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, including BC(A)R standards.
  • Assist in obtaining approvals from planning authorities where relevant
  • Attend relevant internal and external meetings, take minutes/notes and follow up on action points.
  • Liase with members of the external design team and other stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
  • Resolve technical and design issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain project documentation and support project management tasks where required.
  • Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and remain updated with design tools, regulations, and emerging industry practices
