EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Strong experience in luxury residential projects (and able to show this in your portfolio).
• Confidence in taking projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to manage projects on-site with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (including producing technical drawings and construction details).
• Experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication skills.
