JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management, with proficiency in various design software. You will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Your role will involve collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Grasshopper 3D is required.
• Familiarity with construction processes and joinery techniques is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills to manage contracts and client relationships successfully.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Develop architectural designs and concepts that meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and Grasshopper 3D to create detailed drawings and models.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information for design development.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Prepare presentations and visualisations using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favourable terms for the firm.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
• Oversee construction processes to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
