JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management, with proficiency in various design software. You will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Your role will involve collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Grasshopper 3D is required.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and joinery techniques is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to manage contracts and client relationships successfully.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
