In this context, we are looking for a Product Security Architect who will play a key role in defining and evolving the security architecture of our solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the consistent and responsible integration of security principles within our products and development processes. How will your contributions be showcased? Design, document, and ensure compliance with the security architecture of our products (APIs, application services, cloud components, automation, modules integrating AI and generative AI). Develop and maintain reference architectures, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistent security across all LGI solutions. Act as a central point of contact between architects, developers, operations teams, corporate security team, CISO, and product teams to ensure alignment of security directions. Actively participate in the design of new features by integrating security principles from the earliest phases. Play a decision-making role in product security strategies and intervene in architecture reviews when critical risks or major gaps are identified. Oversee vulnerability management (detection, analysis, prioritization, resolution tracking), including software dependencies, containers, and third-party artifacts. Maintain continuous product risk assessment and recommend appropriate mitigation measures in collaboration with responsible teams. Contribute to compliance with applicable frameworks (ISO, SOC, healthcare regulations, privacy and personal data protection) in alignment with the corporate security team and the CISO. Contribute to analysis and response activities in the event of a security incident affecting products. Perform risk analyses and threat modeling to guide technical decisions and identify appropriate protection measures. Implement automated security controls in integration and deployment pipelines, as well as technical validations to support continuous quality of code, configurations, and AI artifacts. Support technical teams in applying best practices for application security and secure architecture principles. Contribute to the evolution of internal practices regarding product security, in collaboration with architecture, development, and security teams. Ensure continuous monitoring of methods, tools, and trends in application security, AI model security, and solution architecture. Qualifications What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in this role: University degree in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, or equivalent Significant experience (8+ years) in application security, software architecture, cloud security, or a related field Strong understanding of secure architecture principles and patterns: identities, APIs, microservices, secrets, encryption, monitoring, logging, etc. Hands-on knowledge of code analysis practices, dependency review, and security posture assessment in cloud environments Familiarity with cloud environments, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, as well as security aspects specific to the AI lifecycle Excellent communication skills and influential leadership, with the ability to support multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, CIS) and a sharp awareness of privacy and compliance issues This position requires bilingualism with an excellent level of French, as you will work with documentation primarily in French and communicate orally and in writing with partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues who are mainly French-speaking. A good knowledge of English will be considered an asset.
