Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architect specializing in Roof and Façade systems to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative and sustainable roofing and façade solutions for large-scale projects in the region. Develop comprehensive architectural designs for roof and façade systems, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate roofing and façade designs with overall building plans Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using advanced architectural software Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those specific to Saudi Arabia Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress Research and propose innovative materials and technologies for improved building envelope performance Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and design team members Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met Participate in client presentations and design review meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Professional architecture license Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on roof and façade systems Proven experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Strong technical drawing and 3D modeling skills In-depth knowledge of roofing and façade systems, materials, and construction techniques Familiarity with building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Specialized knowledge in sustainable roofing and façade solutions Understanding of local climate conditions in Riyadh and their impact on building envelope design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
