Job Description THE POSITION: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect specializing in Health Cloud to design, govern, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data modeling, integration architecture, security, multi-org strategy, and end-to-end Salesforce development. The Salesforce Architect will partner closely with business and technology teams to define architecture standards, ensure platform stability, and guide development best practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Architect and design Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including Data Modeling, Schema Design, and patient-care workflows. Lead solutioning using Apex (Classes, Triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows. Define and implement Integration Architecture using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns. Establish Security Model standards including authentication, authorization, sharing rules, encryption, and PHI/HIPAA considerations. Drive Multi‑Org and Environment Strategy, ensuring alignment, governance, and scalable org architecture. Lead DevOps & CI/CD implementation using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Review technical designs, provide architectural guidance, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Collaborate with product owners, developers, admins, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies. Document architecture decisions, solution blueprints, and system diagrams. All other duties as assigned. EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
