Description

Looking for resources with not more than 10-14 years overall experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect to collaborate closely with the Head of Technology in translating the company’s IT strategy into actionable, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will evaluate and pilot various software tools, define detailed architectural roadmaps, and guide technology decisions to support business goals. While this role is strategic and not hands-on coding, the architect should have a strong understanding of the technology stack

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Technology to interpret and operationalize the IT strategy into technical roadmaps and detailed solution designs.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and recommend software tools — both open source and commercial — aligned with business needs, with a focus on workflow automation and CRM integration.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain deep familiarity with the company’s engineering stack (Python, AWS serverless) to ensure architectural decisions integrate well with existing infrastructure.
  • Assess and optimize workflows, CRM processes, and integrations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar architectural role with a track record of successfully delivering enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools, both open source and paid, and the ability to assess their fit within the organization.
  • Solid knowledge AWS serverless technologies (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and detailed architectural documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce certifications) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud architecture.
