JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer to join our creative team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You will work closely with our Senior Architect to design and develop building and interior concepts from initial idea to final execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite
• Working knowledge of Revit and Rhino (preferred)
• Experience with interior design (especially residential or hospitality projects)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of building materials, codes, and detailing
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

BONUS SKILLS (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED):

• Fluency in Arabic
• Experience with villa or hotel interior design
• Rendering capabilities and visualization skills
• On-site execution experience
• Familiarity with AI design tools

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural and interior design plans
• Create detailed drawings for both interior and exterior projects
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather accurate design data
• Use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Rhino) to produce drafts and 3D models
• Participate in meetings to understand project goals and requirements
• Support the preparation of construction documents and material specifications
• Help coordinate design and construction timelines across multiple projects
