POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Site Architect with a strong background in interior design projects to oversee and manage all architectural and ID-related site activities. The role involves ensuring that the design intent is accurately implemented on-site while coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in interior design projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of ID materials, finishes, and construction practices.
• Demonstrated ability to preserve design integrity during site execution.
• Skilled in hand sketching technical details, particularly joinery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; client-facing experience is an advantage.
• Ability to produce clear, concise site reports and manage documentation efficiently.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.

  Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont

• Supervise and manage all on-site architectural and interior design works.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Respond promptly to site RFIs, providing clear and accurate technical information.
• Conduct and lead site inspections, prepare snagging and inspection reports.
• Ensure high-quality execution that aligns with the original design intent through detailed site coordination.
• Provide hand-sketched technical construction details, particularly for joinery works.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients as necessary.
• Manage and maintain accurate site documentation, including site memos, NCRs, and progress reports.
• Participate in coordination and site meetings, representing the design team effectively.
