You’ll be responsible for: Deliver assigned design elements in line with contract requirements and project objectives. Maintain up-to-date training and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. Contribute to business improvement initiatives and best practice adoption. Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to support development. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enable effective collaboration. Support operational delivery of team and regional strategies. Champion sustainability by driving net zero carbon goals and managing associated emissions. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure design excellence and project success. You’ll need to have: Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential. 12+ years’ postgraduate professional experience is essential. Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is essential. Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
