We’re a growing residential remodeling company seeking a skilled Architect to create detailed architectural drawings + stunning 3D renders that wow clients and keep projects structurally sound.
You’ll handle load-bearing walls, structural changes, and code compliance with confidence while collaborating with our construction team to bring remodeling visions to life.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture or related field
• 3+ years experience in residential remodeling architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar)
• Strong understanding of load-bearing walls and structural integrity in remodels
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and zoning laws
• Ability to produce both concept designs and fully detailed construction drawings
• Strong portfolio of residential remodeling work (drawings + renders)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Draft detailed residential remodeling plans and construction-ready drawings
• Create realistic 3D renderings for client presentations
• Ensure designs are practical, safe, and meet code requirements
• Work with our team to solve structural challenges during remodels
