REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience in architecture and site coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and approval processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle fast-paced site challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be flexible with site visits across Dubai and surrounding emirates.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a versatile Architect who is proficient in Revit and comfortable with regular site visits to oversee project execution. The role requires a balance between office-based design/documentation work and on-site coordination to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage BIM/Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to address site-related queries.
• Ensure designs meet Dubai Municipality (DM) codes and project standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate site feedback into project deliverables.
• Prepare reports, site notes, and updates for both internal teams and clients.
