We have an outstanding benefits package and optional work-from-home Fridays. Position Summary: Responsible for the overview of the architectural set. Primarily in drafting and production lead. Coordinates with staff to produce a complete set of architectural working drawings. This position does not supervise subordinate employees. Essential Functions: Lead the in-house drafting and production of architectural drawing sets. Oversee the completeness and accuracy of architectural documentation. Coordinate with design and production staff to ensure timely and cohesive project delivery. Maintain drawing standards and ensure consistency across all project documentation. Collaborate with project managers and consultants to support design intent and technical execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Required 3+ years (36 months) experience in architectural design and documentation Required Experience using Revit and other similar office software for production of construction documents. State architectural license required Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. The salary this website provides for this position may or may not be aligned with the salary that WRA Architects pays for this position. The salary WRA will offer will commensurate with experience.
