Your tasks

Do you want to do more than just draw plans, but actively shape projects? Then a diverse range of tasks awaits you with us:

• Development and implementation of design ideas up to the point of planning ready for approval.
• Support for the detailed planning, including coordination of details.
• Preparation of cost estimates and specifications
• Coordination and monitoring of construction sites: independent management of exciting projects across various project phases.
• Depending on experience: independent management of exciting projects across various project phases

We are looking for both design architects (phases 1-4) and experienced construction managers (phases 5-9).

What you bring with you

Are you an architect (m/f/d) and interested in realizing projects together with us? Then you should bring the following qualifications:

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, some initial professional experience.
• Proficient use of industry-standard software, especially ArchiCAD and California 3000, as well as MS Office
• Knowledge of the common regulations
• Basic knowledge of planning and building law
• Creativity and technical understanding
• Entrepreneurial thinking and independent work
• High level of commitment and enjoyment of teamwork
