Les responsabilités du poste incluent:

• Développer des modèles d’architecture infonuagique pour Azure et les soumettre au référentiel d’architecture divisionnaire ;
• Informer les équipes projets sur les options technologiques Azure, leurs avantages, coûts, etc. ;
• Collaborer avec les centres d’excellence (Cloud, Données, Sécurité, etc.) pour développer des pratiques exemplaires et des modèles de référence ;
• Découvrir et intégrer de nouvelles technologies Azure ou open source dans notre catalogue de services infonuagiques ;
• Documenter les architectures Cloud et les décisions d’architecture (Architecture Decision Records) ;
• Coordonner chaque semaine avec l’équipe projet Cloud pour qualifier les nouvelles demandes.

AZURE CLOUD ARCHITECT

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Azure Cloud Architect for a company in the investment sector. Our client is located in Montréal.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Responsible for developing cloud architecture patterns for Azure and submitting to the divisional Architecture repository. ;
• Educating project teams on the Azure technology options, benefits, costs etc. ;
• Working with central centers of excellence (Cloud, Data, Security etc) to develop best practice and blueprints ;
• Discover and incorporate new Azure or Open-Source technology choices into our Cloud Service Catalogue ;
• Documentation of Cloud architectures and Architecture Decision Records ;
• Weekly coordination with the Cloud Project team to qualify new requests.

Mandatory Skills – Azure Cloud Architect

• 10+ years of experience architecting reporting, trading or client facing solutions, ideally within Financial Services or similar industry ;
• Deep expertise in the Azure technologies: how they have evolved over time and will continue to evolve in the future ;
• Excellent communication skills ;
• Solid understanding (ideally hands-on experience) with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, especially in the context of Azure ;
• Deep expertise in architecting for resiliency: availability zones, regions, data replication ;
• Understanding of Architecture methodology (either from a consulting organization or from within a team that follows a structured Architecture process).
