• Lead the creation and evolution of the overall solution platform design with respect to the ServiceNow best practices and team standards.
• Define and govern platform architecture across technical domains such as data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Drive architectural decisions that balance innovation, risk, and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with standards and regulation.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards of EDC such as the Well-Architected Framework.
• Design solutions in the core platform and advise on the design of the business space, such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Security Operations (SecOps).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the different teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects, business analysts and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends and proactively recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities.
• Attend workshops for stakeholders to convert vision and value, business requirements into efficient solution designs.
• Create and define capability models and technical architectural models.
• Oversee the implementation and operationalization of end-to-end solutions.
• With the help of the Admin team and the service tower team, address architecture questions with the team to ensure consistent and sound solutioning.
• Document architecture solutions using architect tools such as diagrams at multiple level of abstractions, documentation and technical presentations.
• Ensure consistency in architecture and engineering approaches.
