Le poste Au sein de l'équipe, vous serez en charge de la conception du système billettique à un niveau technique (production des spécifications d’architecture et du développement). Vous interviendrez à la fois dans un contexte de livraison projet, en collaboration avec un chef de projet, et dans un environnement commercial, aux côtés du responsable des appels d’offres, afin de garantir la conception, la sécurisation, la mise en œuvre et la livraison efficace des solutions, en privilégiant l’utilisation des composants systèmes existants. Les missions Maintenir une vision système pour coordonner les activités des équipes travaillant sur les différents composants du système, Produire la documentation système (fonctionnelle et technique), Assurer la liaison avec les clients pour comprendre pleinement leurs besoins métiers, Comprendre les besoins clients et savoir les formuler sous forme d’exigences, Préparer la documentation de conception de haut niveau, Superviser la livraison des solutions techniques aux clients, Investiguer les problèmes techniques survenant pendant le cycle de vie du projet et aider à leur résolution, Identifier les problèmes techniques et les risques, ainsi que les stratégies de mitigation associées, Contribuer aux revues de conception du système et de la stratégie produit, Produire des estimations d'effort et de délais pour les activités de développement et de déploiement, Soutenir l'équipe de vente et l'équipe commerciale, Votre profil Etre diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure Master/Bac+5 - Ecole d’Ingénieur/Informatique ou formation équivalente, Avoir minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur ce type de poste, Maîtriser LucidChart, Jira et les aspects du cycle de vie de l'ingénierie des systèmes, Savoir naviguer suivant le cycle en V et agiles, Connaissances fortement recommandées dans la technologie et standards de la billettique française (calyspo, intercode, intertic), Anglais: niveau professionnel, Qualités requises: forte aisance relationnelle, la curiosité, esprit de synthèse, personne motrice force de proposition. The Role You will work both in a project delivery environment, alongside a Project Manager, and a sales environment, with a Bid Manager, to ensure that solutions are designed, secured, implemented and delivered successfully, using existing system components wherever possible. You will interact also with software architects and software engineering teams to understand the technical roadmap and implementation details of new system developments. How to make an impact Maintain a “systems view” to coordinate the activities of teams working on individual system components, Produce system documentation, both functional and technical, Liaise with customers to fully understand their business needs, Prepare high level design documentation, Oversee the delivery of technical solutions to clients, Investigate and support the resolution of technical issues arising during the project lifecycle, Identify technical issues and risks and associated mitigation strategies, Contribute to system design reviews and strategy reviews, Production of effort and timescale estimates for development / deployment activities, Support the sales team with technical content for proposals, and the commercial team, as required with the definition of technical constraints, clauses and caveats. About you Master Degree/Bac +5 in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or IT, Having minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect, Working in waterfall, and agile development environments, Proven experience as a “systems thinker”, Strong knowledge of LucidChart, Jira, and all aspects of the systems engineering lifecycle, An experience of ticketing technology and standards is highly appreciated, French: bilingual level or mother tongue, English: professional level, Soft skills required: good interpersonal skills, curiosity, ability to synthesize information, proactive person. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing the ticketing system at a technical level, producing architecture specifications and overseeing the delivery of technical solutions. You will work in both project delivery and sales environments to ensure effective implementation and delivery of solutions.
