Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re partnered with a nationally respected construction and design firm to find a talented Architectural Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of distinctive, high-impact commercial environments. This is a full-time role ideal for professionals experienced in hospitality or themed entertainment design who are ready to take ownership of complex, fast-paced projects from concept through construction.
This role offers a rare blend of creative leadership and technical execution. You’ll be working with an experienced internal team across architecture, interiors, construction, and fabrication—bringing custom commercial spaces to life across the U.S.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all phases of architectural design for multiple concurrent projects, from concept development through construction.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams across architecture, interiors, MEP, structural, and specialty consultants.
  • Produce complete, accurate construction documents that align with project goals, codes, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive permitting, code research, and agency coordination.
  • Identify and resolve technical and constructability issues proactively.
  • Work closely with in-house estimating, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed in the field.
  • Conduct occasional site visits for existing conditions assessments and construction support.
