SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER 2 THE ROLE: As a Silicon Design Engineer, you will work with Architects and Modeling leads to develop and verify the functional and performance models. THE PERSON: You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strong knowledge in Computer Architecture and GFX IP fundamentals Strong knowledge in Shader Assembly Programming Strong knowledge in Memory Organisation Strong Knowledge in C/C++ and Debugging Skills PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Project level experience with Functional and Performance Modeling of hardware components Experience or familiarity with Scripting languages and Debugging tools Good understanding of computer organization/architecture ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelors or Masters with 2 to 4 years of domain experiance or PhD in Computer engineering/Electrical Engineering from Reputed Institutes like IITs/NITs/IIITs/BITS #LI-NS1 Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
