Position: Architectural Account Manager
Work type: Hybrid: Must be within Dallas, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio markets
Compensation: Base: $70-80K + Bonus (~$20K-$100K+)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Architectural Account Manager acts as a key liaison between the company and its clients in the architectural sector, ensuring that client needs are met while promoting the company’s products and services. This role is essential for managing specifications, providing consistent follow-up, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive projects to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the architectural or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural specifications and the specification process.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of general construction practices and materials.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
