YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• at least one years experience in UK
• design-focused with passion for detailing and materiality
• excellent presentation skills, both verbally, written and drawing.
• have the ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly
• have excellent written and communication skills
• an impressive portfolio displaying strong design skills

EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE

• Autocad
• Archicad or Revit
• 3D SketchUp
• Twinmotion or similar rendering software

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Eligible to work in the UK
• 1 year experience working in an architectural office
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent personal communication skills
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD or similar
• Familiarity with 3D design software

• generating creative design at all stages of projects
• engaging with clients, consultants and contractor teams
• preparing technical design and specification information for construction
• integrating sustainable design and ethos into existing and new projects
• delivering the highest quality of drawn and written output at all times
