Job Description:

• Assist in architectural projects with guidance from the project architects and project managers.
• Assist in the design proposal and architectural drawings, e.g. feasibility design and detailed design development stages.
• Understand and apply building regulations in the design proposal and technical co-ordination issues.
• Prepare and update detailed architectural drawings and documents for tender and for construction stages.
• Create and manage drawing sets, including plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.
• Support, prepare and co-ordinate Autocad / BIM drawings, forms and letters for corenet submission to government authorities to obtain approvals.
• Follow senior architects to site, attend site meetings and assist in contract administration, to project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from a University recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore (BOA).
• Creative design thinking and good presentation skill.
• Keen to learn technical knowledge, local codes and regulations governing building construction and architectural practice, including contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract).
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD and BIM Revit is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Sketchup, PowerPoint and basic communication tools.
• Either fresh graduate, or up to 3 years of working experience after graduation.
• Singaporeans or Singaporean PRs need apply.
