EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional architectural experience, more experience with a strong portfolio encouraged to apply
  • Experience across multiple project types preferred
  • Progress toward architectural licensure encouraged
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
  • Understanding of the design process from concept through construction
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated Architectural Associate ready to take the next step in their career while contributing to meaningful projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role offers significant growth opportunities, combining hands-on design work with increasing project responsibility. You’ll work on diverse architectural projects from conceptual design through construction, while developing technical expertise and leadership skills in a supportive, mentoring-focused culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create conceptual models and design solutions based on direction from senior architects
  • Produce architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and other applicable software
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants and integrate Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
  • Manage and incorporate redlines, revisions, and corrections from project reviews
  • Assist with construction administration including site visits, RFI responses, and submittal reviews
  • Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives
  • Review design documents, construction estimates, and project reports
  • Participate in client meetings and project coordination with consultants and contractors
  • Contribute innovative design ideas that capture the intended design vision
  • Maintain reliable work practices to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements
  • Self-check work and coordinate with related disciplines to resolve design issues
