Duties and Responsibilities Support role on architectural and interior architectural projects Create all components of a drawing package Build BIM models Develop the design intent into construction documentation Perform revisions to drawings Prepare presentation material Assist with the coordination of the design through all phases of a project Collaborate with other disciplines (both consultants and in house) Participate in project related meeting and discussions Actively participate in company initiatives Required Skills and Abilities A professional degree in architecture or interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD Competent in Revit Verbal and communication skills Problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, organization and follow through Agility and flexibility. Must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks Value added Understanding of Bluebeam Experience working in both Imperial and Metric Basic Knowledge of Model Building Codes & Accessibility Standards Education and Experience Bachelors of Architecture, Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Responsibilities

The Architectural Associate will support architectural and interior architectural projects by creating drawing packages and building BIM models. They will also assist in the coordination of design through all project phases and collaborate with other disciplines.
