Learn and develop skills in Architecture through practice and instruction
Check new artwork and marketing material vs construction document and community standards/colors
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to establish appropriate project schedules
Serve as point of contact and maintain Architectural files thru M-Files (Toll Brother’s file management software) and perform a monthly audit of data and files
Enter and maintain Architectural meta data into Toil’s systems from construction documents, such as width, depth, square footage, and various search criteria in Toll systems
Maintain charts for Operations and Architecture consumption for anything concerning Architecture
All other duties as assigned
