We’re a leading cast stone manufacturer, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a detail-driven Architectural Drafter who enjoys precision, problem-solving, and collaborating with teams to move projects from concept to production. Review architectural/structural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate drawing revisions and approvals with production teams, architects, project managers, and general contractors Track submittals, schedules, and deliverables to keep projects moving smoothly from sign-off to fabrication Help resolve design and fabrication questions with clear communication and smart detailing What we’re looking for Strong attention to detail (you catch the things others miss) Comfortable interpreting construction drawings and collaborating across teams Organized and deadline-aware—you can manage multiple drawings/revisions at once Drafting/modeling experience (list your preferred software to attract the right applicants) Qualifications & Skills Software Proficiency: Knowledge and Familiarity with CAD. Experience: If you are a recent graduate from a CAD program, please apply. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 5+ years of drafting experience who stays up to date with the latest CAD software, including new software, in construction, masonry, or precast. Technical Skills: Ability to visualize complex 3D geometry from 2D sketches and perform precise mathematical calculations. Exceptional accuracy in dimensions and material specifications. Education: Associate’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Requirements Education: Required: Associates Degree in Architecture or Drafting Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Drafting Licensing/Registration/Certification: Required: Driver's License Preferred: None Experience: Required: Associate's degree in drafting or one year of minimum experience in a CAD Drafting environment. Preferred: Three years' experience in a CAD Drafting environment with experience in the precast / cast stone industry. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrate the proven ability to work with and contribute to teams. Must have the ability to respond to inquiries and/or complaints from vendors, customers or members of the community. Must have a good mathematical aptitude, good written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to interpret a variety of specifications and information furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
