Overview: We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to bring their concepts to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for design and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Create accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements - Incorporate design changes and modifications as needed - Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations - Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members - Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings - Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations Experience: - Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role - Proficient in CAD software such as MicroStation, Revit, SolidWorks, and Rhinoceros 3D - Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and standards - Knowledge of interior design concepts is a plus - Familiarity with building codes and regulations - Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
