Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and design documents. * Support project teams with design development and construction documentation. * Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for modeling and drafting. * Conduct research on building codes, materials, and design standards. * Participate in team meetings and collaborate with engineers and designers. * Assist with presentation materials for clients and internal reviews. Qualifications * Currently enrolled in an Architecture or Architectural Engineering program (junior or senior level preferred). * Basic knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design standards. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills * Understanding of building systems and construction processes. * Knowledge of ASHRAE codes and standards is a plus. * Experience with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape) is beneficial.
