Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate architectural works with other disciplines such as structural and M&E
  • Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings
  • Submit drawings and materials for consultant/ authority approvals
  • Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site
  • Monitor progress and report and delays or discrepancies to management
  • Handle submissions to BCA and other authorities for TOP/CSC clearance
  • Maintain records of architectural inspections, RFI, and material approvals
  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to Master Programme
  • Ensure that architectural works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Conduct joint inspections and manage rectification works for defects
  • Attend site meetings with client/ contractors/ sub-contractors and resolve design or site conflicts

Requirements:

  • Conversant with Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
  • Must have experience with landed houses
  • Must have experience with apartments/ serviced apartments
  • Tactful in handling clients and contractors/ sub-contractors (and all related parties)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Building Construction / any related field from a university recognized by Singapore
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the construction industry in Singapore
