JOB DESCRIPTION

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors’s work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
  Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
• Having experience in LTA projects and A&A would be a bonus and advantageous.
  Able to commit 6 days work wee
