Responsibilities •Project Planning: Engage in feasibility studies for data center construction, focusing on cost control and reviewing plans. •Regulatory Knowledge: Understand data center standards and local building codes in Southeast Asia (SEA). •Design Coordination: Lead architectural design efforts, collaborating with local teams and reviewing construction plans. •Technical Oversight: Manage product selection, oversee equipment bidding, and ensure designs meet project plans. •Collaboration: Coordinate with other disciplines and solve on-site issues, ensuring familiarity with construction procedures. •Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with consultants, owners, government bodies, suppliers, and contractors in SEA projects. •Construction Supervision: Ensure contractors adhere to project plans and maintain quality. •Project Management: Oversee planning and interior design within the construction phase. Requirements: •Contract Management: Understand contracts and manage engineering according to them. •Project Tracking: Develop plans and track implementation, addressing changes and project documentation. •Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve on-site issues with knowledge of civil construction. •Acceptance Procedures: Organize project acceptance stages and ensure proper handover. •Material Review: Assess material specifications and pricing applications. •Standardization: Support DayOne’s standardization efforts for architectural items.
