Job Title: Architectural Design Manager
Company: TDL Staffing

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 annually, DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, In-Person

JOB SUMMARY:

TDL Staffing is looking for an experienced Architectural Design Manager to lead the design vision and coordination of commercial and institutional projects in Fairbanks, AK. This leadership role requires a blend of creative design direction and project oversight.

Holding an NCARB certification is the national registry for architects and can facilitate a quick transition to licensure in Alaska.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader who mentors design teams, fosters collaboration, and ensures projects meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards. Strong communication, leadership, and construction knowledge are key.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution, earned within the last 7 years
  • Licensed Architect in Alaska, or eligible for licensure through comity
  • Proven experience leading design teams and managing architectural projects
  • A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process
