We are seeking an exceptional Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. This is more than a technical role; it’s an opportunity to be a cornerstone in shaping our design process, driving project efficiency, and contributing to our vision of innovation in construction.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Completed Diploma in Architectural Technology Program or equivalent.
• Proficient experience with AutoCAD and Revit. Lumion is beneficial but not required.
• 3+ years experience working in residential buildings. Multi-family specific is an asset.
• Extensive familiarity with the National Building Code of Canada (BCBC and ABC is beneficial).
• Ability to perform well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to research and interpret municipal bylaws and architectural controls.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a project team.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft suite of products.
