Join us. 職缺說明【工作模式】在專案經理或專案建築師/設計師的指導下，進行設計發展、調整或修改，並與團隊合作溝通，共同協作項目。需要具備獨立發展設計、並將設計成果向專案團隊成員呈現，能以解決客戶問題為中心提供設計解決方案。能夠同時處理多項任務，具備靈活性和適應能力，能夠適應快速變化的項目要求和截止日期能夠在合作且持續不斷進展的團隊工作環境中，充分發揮對設計的熱情和熱忱。【項目類型】案件內容多元，包括私人及公共案件：總體規劃、建築設計、景觀設計、專案管理、室內設計等。【工作特質】願意參與各項設計領域(廠辦、規劃、景觀等)及各設計階段(競圖提案、建築執照申請…等階段)之挑戰並積極學習，對於設計及實務執行的各方面皆有興趣。有良好溝通能力，與跨部門或團隊合作經驗。具責任心，在所需的進度內完成工作，同時對於遞交品質有自我要求。【工作內容】包括計畫提案(競圖)、CAD設計圖面發展、施工圖、建置3D模型、效果圖、簡報與報告書製作等。熟悉法規進行執照圖說繪製及申請資料製作。發展設計、橫向溝通協調、與專業顧問溝通協調、處理設計細部、繪製細部設計圖說、編製預算等。依照項目類型需求，需與其他專業和部門成員協調技術，及配合相關行政工作。應徵資格【條件要求】具備大學或碩士學歷，建築設計相關學系畢業，具更高學歷者將優先考慮。 3 年以上建築設計相關經驗，參與過建築、基礎設施或工業專案者尤佳。須具備良好中文能力，英語能力佳者優先考慮。【具備技能】熟悉設計發展與介面整合。熟悉3D軟體BIM REVIT、Rhino、Sketchup、Lumion等，(具備Grasshopper-Script Skill，有REVIT細部設計或執照圖相關經驗尤佳)。具法令、法規分析能力，設計發展中能進行法規檢討，具執照圖與施工圖繪製經驗佳。熟悉Office軟體、Adobe系列軟體(如:Adobe illustrator、photoshop)。【申請者請必須投遞履歷及個人作品集 (可請提供雲端連結或上載10mb 以下文件)。】其他資訊工作地點：台北市工作時間：週一至週五，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00（彈性工時），包含 1 小時午休時間。出差需求：依專案需求安排出差或外派。 About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
