This position offers the opportunity to work on custom homes, renovations, additions, and luxury residential projects throughout Greater Boston and surrounding communities. Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, details, and construction documents. Produce permit and bid documents. Coordinate with principals, project managers, consultants, and contractors. Participate in site visits, and project presentations. Support project documentation and revisions throughout the design and construction process. Assist with zoning research, code review, and project coordination. Qualifications 3–10 years of professional experience within an architectural firm. Strong residential project experience preferred, including custom homes, renovations, additions, and high-end residential work. Proficiency in AutoCAD required. Experience preparing construction documents and detailing. Understanding of residential construction methods, building systems, and local building codes. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented studio environment. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred. Preferred Experience High-end residential architecture experience. Knowledge of New England residential design traditions and construction practices. Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors during construction. Familiarity with interior architecture and detailing.
