The Architectural Designer will assist in the development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior designers and project architects. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of construction documents, building codes, and architectural design principles.
  • Strong interest in architecture, design, and technical development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think critically about design challenges.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in all phases of design, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Assist in producing high-quality drawings, 3D models, renderings, diagrams, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and contractors under supervision to ensure project coordination.
  • Conduct research on building codes, materials, finishes, and construction methods as needed.
  • Prepare preliminary plans, sketches, and design studies.
  • Participate in client and internal team meetings; take notes and assist with follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.
  • Help maintain project organization, file management, and adherence to firm standards.
  • Engage in professional development and training, learning firm workflows, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to project challenges while gaining experience in design thinking and problem-solving.
