JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves collaborating with architects and clients to create innovative and functional designs that meet project specifications and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software is essential; experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Sketchup is highly desirable.
  • Strong graphic design skills to create compelling presentations and visualizations.
  • Knowledge of mechanical design principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A passion for innovative design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics in architectural projects.

Responsibilities
  • Draft detailed architectural plans and designs using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize Revit and ArchiCAD for 3D modeling and visualization of architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with team members on design concepts, providing input on aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information, assess project feasibility, and ensure designs align with site conditions.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including graphic design elements, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Assist in the development of mechanical designs as needed for integrated building systems.
  • Utilize Rhinoceros 3D for advanced modeling tasks when required.
  • Engage in interior design aspects of projects, ensuring cohesive integration of spaces.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on design progress and addressing any client concerns.
