Pre-requisites :

• Certificate in Autocad and familiar with BIM is an advantage
• Familiar with design drawing (architectural/structural)
• Ability to do quantity take off
• Able to use CAD tools & 3D for design drawings including 3D models
• Design concepts, images and materials for project presentation
• Familiar with sketchup 3D and Vray Rendering, design drawing (architectural/structural)
• Other Technical Skills such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
