We are seeking a well-rounded, concept-driven emerging professional with 3–6 years of post-graduate experience to join our interdisciplinary team at Mithun. As an Architectural Designer, you will be a key contributor to project teams—developing and iterating design concepts while leveraging emerging digital tools and computational strategies to enhance the creative process. We currently collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday. Friday is generally an optional in-office or work from home day.?

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Strong demonstration of a concept-based approach to design.
• Excellent graphic communication abilities.
• Passion for sustainable and innovative design solutions.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp and GIS.
• Experience with Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape, Unreal/Twinmotion, or similar digital tools, along with computational design, is a plus

• Generate high-quality design drawings, graphic design work, renderings and visualizations to support design projects and marketing pursuits.
• Support architectural documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, both internal and external, providing insights and ideas to contribute to project development.
• Work collaboratively with designers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and urban designers to support multiple projects in a variety of design phases.
• Collaborate with the team to research, develop, and advance emerging digital design tools and computational strategies that optimize design solutions for client needs.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts are available based on eligibility requirements. The expected range of compensation for this role is $74,000 – $90,000 per year. Actual salaries are based on experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.?
