JOB SUMMARY

We’re hiring an Architectural Designer / Project Manager to lead and support commercial projects through all phases — from entitlements, schematic design, and design development through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who is ready to take the next step in their career, manage exciting projects, and be part of a close-knit, creative team.

• Lead and support projects through all phases of design and construction
• Participate in and contribute to design charrettes and concept development
• Translate client goals into thoughtful, context-sensitive design solutions
• Produce complete sets of architectural drawings and documents using Revit and or CAD
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and jurisdictions to keep projects on track
• Conduct code analysis, site surveys, and manage project documentation
• Prepare drawings for permits, respond to agency comments, and attend city review meetings
• Support construction administration tasks: submittals, RFIs, punch lists, and site visits, ect.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle
