JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Architectural Designer at Thymn Pte Ltd , you will be a key contributor to the full architectural process — from feasibility analysis through to project completion. You’ll apply your analytical skills, creativity, and digital proficiency to produce designs that are functional, sustainable, and responsive to user needs.
You will review project data, develop computational models, advise on procurement strategies, and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders. You’ll also be expected to stay current with industry trends and incorporate modern tools and methods into your daily work.
This position is mainly office-based, with occasional site responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes and submission processes
  • Technologically savvy and digitally fluent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
  • Review feasibility data and support concept-to-construction design phases
  • Develop BIM models and digital workflows using Revit
  • Produce conceptual, submission, tender, and construction drawings
  • Create 3D visualizations and design presentation materials
  • Advise on procurement methods in line with project goals
  • Resolve site and technical issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Support contract administration and documentation processes
  • Keep abreast of industry innovations and incorporate relevant trends
  • Uphold local regulatory compliance and authority submission standards
