ABOUT US

We are a family-owned residential construction company dedicated to building homes that reflect the unique vision and lifestyle of each client. With decades of craftsmanship and a reputation for quality, we combine traditional values with innovative design to create spaces our clients love for generations.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with homeowners, our in-house construction team, and project managers to bring residential design concepts to life—from initial sketches through construction-ready plans. You’ll play an integral part in shaping projects that balance functionality, beauty, and budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of residential design experience preferred; open to strong candidates with less experience but exceptional talent.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and 3D modeling/rendering tools.
  • Solid understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and team members.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and functional goals.
  • Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for new builds, additions, and remodels.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications in compliance with building codes and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and permitting agencies as needed.
  • Support project managers during construction by addressing design questions and making field adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain organized project files, schedules, and design revisions.
  • Stay current with residential design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
