Architectural DesignerThis position is based in our Perham, MN office, and preferred candidates should be willing to work on-site to foster teamwork, expertise, and collaboration.

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Architectural Designer who is actively pursuing architectural licensure to join our team.
This is a full-time entry-level position for recent architecture graduates (M. Arch) who are on the path toward licensure. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction documentation who wants to be located in Perham, MN.

Your focus will be on:

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and produce presentation materials.
  • Create detailed drawings, diagrams, and construction documents using Revit, and other design software.
  • Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration tasks.

To be considered for this position you’ll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Master of Architecture, working toward licensure.
  • 0-3+ years’ architectural design experience preferred (should be able to showcase finished/built work).
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of architecture.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Proficient in either Lumion or Enscape rendering software.
  • Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Passion for design and a clear interest in obtaining architectural licensure.
