OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our team on a part-time or project basis. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience preparing architectural drawings and construction documents for filing new buildings with the NYC Department of Buildings via DOB NOW.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Must) and experience with Revit & DOB NOW (preferred)
• Solid understanding of NYC Zoning Resolution and Building Code
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around DOB filings and wants flexibility while working on meaningful NYC projects.

  Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

• Drafting Alt-1, Alt-2, and New Building drawing sets for DOB filing
• Preparing Zoning Analyses, floor plans, sections, elevations, and diagrams
• Addressing plan examiner objections and updating submitted drawing sets
