REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of architectural drafting experience, ideally in residential or production housing
• Proficiency in Revit is a must
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness/eagerness to learn and grow with mentorship from experienced team members
• Degree not required — what matters most is your skillset and attitude

EVstudio is growing, and we’re looking for an Architectural Drafter to join our residential architecture team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is passionate about residential design and eager to grow within a collaborative team.

• Draft construction documents for production homes, townhomes, and duplexes
• Work closely with Project Managers and senior designers to meet client standards
• Support documentation updates, plan sets, and revisions in Revit
• Apply redlines and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the design of new neighborhoods across North America
