To strengthen our architecture team in Brilon, we are looking for a (-n) to start as soon as possible.

Architectural Drafter (m/f/d) as Team Member *

Tasks:

• Drawing in the 3D CAD program Revit from Autodesk
• Surveying buildings with a 3D laser scanner
• Communication with internal and external planning stakeholders
• Preparation of building permit applications
• Preparation of construction drawings for approval and execution planning
• Accompanying the site supervisors on construction sites

Your profile:

• Completed training as a construction draftsman (ideally specializing in architecture) or comparable qualification.
• At least three years of professional experience as a construction draftsman/woman
• Good experience with MS Office and CAD systems such as Revit, ArchiCAD
• Knowledge of German at native speaker level or as a foreign language at least at B2 level.
• Collegial cooperation and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle complex tasks in a solution-oriented and independent manner
