REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience working on high-rise tower projects.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field (preferred).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings for high-rise building projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Develop design concepts and presentations in line with project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and project teams.
