Overview

We are seeking an eager Project Manager to join our team, that has strong experience with design using BIM software.
The ideal candidate will have a blossoming interest in Residential High performance/Net-Zero construction, requirements management, project management, and business modeling. Experience with leadership, team building, critical thinking, quick iterations, and dedication to greatness are essential.

Responsibilities

-Design Custom homes for clients, maintain and upgrade in house owned plans.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-Client relationship building and management.

Requirements

-Strong drafting skills using BIM based software (ArchiCAD most preferred)
-Dedication to high performance/Net-Zero construction.
-Critical thinking
-Residential Construction background.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in software tools and digital tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
