Job Description We are seeking an experienced Architectural CAD Draftsman with 5+ years of expertise in preparing detailed construction drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate working drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting project execution from design development to construction stages. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with high accuracy Translate design concepts into executable technical drawings Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP consultants for clash-free drawings Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, including Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) Manage drawing revisions and maintain version control To be verse with CAD & BIM Support site team with timely updates and resolve drawing-related queries Review shop drawings and contractor submissions Assist in quantity take-offs and basic BOQ coordination Guide and mentor junior draftsmen Qualifications Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsman (Civil) Advanced certification in AutoCAD (preferred) 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and detailing Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Working knowledge of Revit / BIM workflows (preferred) Excellent understanding of construction detailing and working drawings Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction techniques Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Additional Information We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
