The Role
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman / BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating detailed architectural drawings and 3D models, utilizing the latest BIM technologies to support our design and construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative developments in a vibrant and fast-growing environment. Responsibilities: - Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD and BIM software. - Create accurate 3D BIM models that reflect project specifications and client requirements. - Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and completeness. - Coordinate and update BIM models to reflect design changes and revisions throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in clash detection and resolution within BIM models to avoid construction conflicts. - Prepare presentation materials and technical documentation to support project proposals and client meetings. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, software tools, and best practices in architectural drafting and BIM modeling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or BIM Modeller, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region (5 to 6 years of experience. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related design tools. - Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes. - Excellent technical drawing and detail orientation skills with strong spatial visualization abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and communicate effectively. - Degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred. - Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and deadlines. - Knowledge of latest BIM workflows and technologies is a plus.
